Our host is WebDrive and they screen emails for spam using SpamAssassin. All emails are regarded as public records and will be retained by us for the duration required.

Information received will only be used for its intended purpose. Only personnel within KAAT will have access to information sent to us. No information will be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

Google Analytics is the tool that we use to record your visit to our site. We require statistical information to monitor our sites performance, such as:

• the date and time of your visit
• the pages accessed and file size of the pages downloaded
